Hans and myself (sitting on left) went to the Umbria flyfishing festival last weekend in Italy and had a great time. Plenty of named tyers tied over the weekend and stayed in a 12th century converted Abbey. The weather was hot, so hot it actualy melted my cell phone. The phone was in my camera bag and was screaming like a morse code radio. Total meltdown. After the festival we stayed on for 3 days at the courtesy of the organisers and fly fished every day until dark, then walked down a tractor track from the Abbey to a pizza bar for some cold beers and food. Great new colours are now available. Yellow Olive, Light Tan, Mottled Tan and Mottled Grey. Our Caddis wings are still made with silk so they do not spin your leader when casting.
